INTERNAL TERMS OF SERVICE

For Lead Automation & Scraping Tools (Google Forms + Linked Systems)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs the use of internal lead automation and scraping tools (the “Tools”) provided by Real Space Digital (“RSD”) and accessed via Google Forms and integrated systems. These tools are strictly limited to internal RSD personnel and explicitly approved collaborators authorized by the Founders or their express delegates.

By using these tools, you agree to this Agreement and to adhere to our Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized Use Only

Access is limited to:

• Official internal RSD team members

• Designated contractors, affiliates, or collaborators with written or documented permission by RSD leadership

All others are considered unauthorized and prohibited from access or use.

3. Data Use, Confidentiality & IP Protection

All lead data, content, processes, and automations are confidential and proprietary intellectual property (IP) of Real Space Digital. Use of this data is governed by the following conditions:

a. Permitted Use

• For business development, marketing, and client outreach within RSD’s official scope only

• Under the direction of Founders or authorized managers

b. Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Use proprietary data, leads, or methods for personal gain or external opportunities without prior written approval

• Disclose or distribute RSD tools, workflows, or data to any outside party

• Misrepresent your role or affiliation with RSD in communications or deals

• Disparage or defame RSD while benefitting from access to our IP, data, or systems

4. Moral and Legal Violations

Any action taken that:

• Intentionally misrepresents RSD

• Harms the Company’s brand, clients, operations, or partnerships

• Leverages RSD’s data or intellectual property for competitive, disparaging, or malicious purposes

...is deemed not only immoral, but often unlawful.

RSD reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke access

• Seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, or prosecution under civil and criminal statutes

• Publicly correct any misleading representations caused by misuse

5. Flexibility & Founders' Discretion

Terms of access and use may be adjusted at the sole discretion of:

• The RSD Founders

• Those granted express authority in writing

This flexibility is designed to foster growth, collaboration, and strategic innovation. Access, exceptions, and licensing may be granted or revoked without prior notice as circumstances evolve.

6. Tool Reliability & Support

• Tools are provided “as-is,” without warranty or guarantee

• Support is provided via designated internal contacts

• RSD may pause, update, or retire tools at any time

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

RSD retains the right to:

• Monitor tool usage and data handling for compliance

• Audit activities and revoke access at any time

• Pursue enforcement action as needed for violations

8. Amendments

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Tools after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Acknowledgment

By using these internal tools, you affirm:

✅ You are authorized by the RSD Founders or designated leadership
✅ You will not misuse or misrepresent RSD or its data
✅ You accept responsibility for maintaining confidentiality and ethical integrity
✅ You agree to abide by both this Agreement and our Privacy Policy
